Accessible, and contemporary, Jennifer's work invites you to look - with fresh eyes - at the world around us.
Inspired by natures balance of opposites, Canadian artist Jennifer Noxon paints groupings of leaves, sticks, seed pods, stems and grasses as they sit suspended in water, fields or forests.
Exploring the realm of organic abstraction, Jennifer plays with two- and three-dimensional space, light and focus. Her passion for design and music is conveyed through composition, line, tone, rhythm, shape and colour.
Jennifer works in acrylic on coloured ground on canvas or board, playing with negative and positive space and layering colour.
