Lady of the Sonnets (with Theatre 5) at 2pm and award-winning play The Ghost
of the Tree at 4pm as part of the Wellington Street Theatre Festival.
Tickets are $10 and are available at or at the door.

Some information about the shows:

The Dark Lady of the Sonnets is a one-act play written by George Bernard
Shaw and features Mackenzie Ball, Isaac Lloyd, Judy Beyette and Signy Lynch.
It is a humorous look at William Shakespeare, Queen Elizabeth I, and the
mysterious dark lady of the sonnets.

Ghost of the Tree
with Hannah Smith and Megan Ready-Walters
written by Charles Robertson.

In the 1800's a young woman is murdered by her husband in a jealous rage.
thus the family tree is poisoned by crime.
In the present day a homeless girl kills her unborn child.
as the ripples from the past overwhelm the present,
and long-forgotten sins haunt what is left of the family home.

The play is available for purchase online at
